Looking For A Good Deal

If our Australian visa will get approved by next week. We are planning to go there before April. Schedule is a bit tight but I want to go there before Holy Week because the fare will be more expensive by that time. The cheapest fare that I can find online is £2,300 for the five of us and that is one way only. Very expensive, but there's nothing I can do but to get it even the price is so high (if our visa will get approved). But if it will not arrived next week we can't go there on the date that I wanted because me and hubby needs a month notice at work for resignation purposes. Anyway, I am planning to get Cathay Pacific and maybe stay at stop over destination which is Hongkong for 2 nights if we can get a good deal. As what I know some travel agency offers free stay at hotel when you book early. I hope I can find a good deal and hopefully we can roam around Hongkong.
