I spent 8 years in England but I did not experienced any blackouts or electricity interruption. So bad here in our place here in Philippines because almost everyday the electricity will just suddenly stopped. Back in UK light bulbs last very long, as long as 3-5 years but in here my Uncle said that the maximum is only 6 months. I don't know the reason but maybe one of this is the sudden interruption of electricity.
