I'm not that big. But believe me I am very heavy. That is why I am thinking of maybe taking a diet supplements to suppress my appetite. But I am not bad at the moment. What I do is I reduce my carbohdrate intake and so far it works for me. I don't get hungry very quickly and for couple of weeks I lose 3 kilos. But knowing me I will not last long with thus routine but I am trying my best because I am fed up of my heaviness.

It hardly takes 30 days to get into a habit - a routine! Just keep on following the same routine for 30 days... it will become a part of your habit.
