I had nothing, nil, nada, zerooooo. My Santa is skint and as usual I did not get anything for Christmas! I expected that already. To uplift my spirit up I am going to shop till I dropped and reward myself for a nice Christmas present :) And because my santa is not so nice he did not get anything from me either! But it's another story for my kids because I bought them a lot of presents to make them happy.

It's 27th today in Oz and I know I am a bit late to greet you guys! But let me greet everybody an advance Happy New Year! Anyway, after Christmas do you know what's the best thing to do? It is the Boxing Day sale. Unfortunately I am working on night shift so I did not manage to go on the 26th but the good news is I am off today. I'm sure there's still some left for me. I need clothes and more clothes and also a new digital cameras for our incoming holiday.
I Want An iMac
I was looking online for an Apple desktop and it showed that Best Buy has the best price. My cousin works in that company so I'm sure if I will get one she can get a further discount for me. But husband said no because as what he said it's not the priority at the moment especially that we already have two laptops. Whatever! Desktop is different especially the big screen iMac. If he doesn't want a desktop maybe an iPad will do?
Bardot Playsuit
I saw this zebra print one shoulder playsuit and I want it straight away but after I tried it, it did not do any justice to the clothes. So I change my mind. Maybe if I will lose 5 kilos it will look good on me.
Christmas Shopping Not Done
I went to the city yesterday on my own with a goal to finish my Christmas shopping. Sad to say I did not achieve what I planned. It was too much. There were a lot of people around and carrying a big bag with toys that I brought is not acceptable. So I need to do more shopping on Sunday after my four nights. I hope that I will finish my Christmas shopping by that day. Anyway, yesterday on the way home after wasting more than 5 hours in the city I received a text from the unit if I want to work because they are desperate for staff. They said they sent messages to staff cell phones already but nobody replied. So straightaway without hesitation I said I will do it for an overtime rate. After spending money I am desperate to earn more for more Christmas shopping.
Hubby Bought An Old Car For Work
My husband bought a cheap second car that he can use at work. At first I said that he needs to think it over and over again because he need to pay road tax and car insurance again for the second car. Even though his main purpose is to save money because it runs cheaper at the end the total cost will be more. But boys will be boys he want another car so my opinion is not counted. The good thing is he a car insurance quote that is affordable.

I saw this online and since then I want to have this but it's always out of stock. Next time if it's available I will grab it without hesitation.
Outdoor Lights
Our residency application is still on process. Because of that our dream of owning a house is still on hold. Hopefully early next year we can get our residency and before the end of 2011 we can move to a house of our own (with God's will). I can't wait for that time to happen so that our next Christmas will be merrier. If that will happen I will make sure our outdoor lights will look fabulous.
Need To Finish My Christmas Shopping Early
It's the second day of December and before you know it will be Christmas. How time flies so fast. Are you ready for Christmas? Because I am not ready. I need to buy more Christmas decorations to feel the holiday season and I need to finish buying Christmas presents for my kids and "other kids" you know what I mean. Anyway I went to the mall today and we had difficulty getting a car park. The mall is already busy at 11AM on Thursday. Imagine it's only the second day of December. What more next week or the following week? I need to finish my Christmas shopping soon to avoid the crowd.

Black Is Beautiful
We Asians especially Filipino (of course I love my own) are lucky to have beautiful tanned skin. But you know what? Before when I was still in the Philippines I used to dream of having a lighter skin. Maybe because Filipino mentality (not everybody though) think that Filipino girls who are whitish are prettier. When I was in the UK it made me realized that having a tanned skin is better because we age more gracefully and lucky us we don't need to spend for any tan lotion. I'm proud to say that I am dark and beautiful.
