Acne Home Remedies Needed

My 12 years old daughter is very worried that she is suffering with acne on her back. She is asking me and researching online what acne home remedies will cure her backne. It is not that bad and it is not obvious unless you will touch it but she wants to get rid of it. Tomorrow when we go to the city I will buy an acne cleanser and a soft long handle brush. Hopefully this will help clear her back acne by exfoliating and removing dead skin thus removing backne.
